VALKANIKI was founded in 2009 to support people with disabilities through assessment, specialised knowledge and appropriate assistive-technology solutions.

VALKANIKI was created to address a meaningful gap: the need for systematic support in selecting and adapting assistive-technology solutions.
Our approach does not treat technology as a cure-all. Its value is measured by whether it meaningfully improves functionality, communication, independence and quality of life.
Interdisciplinary collaboration
VALKANIKI works with scientific and technical professionals from different disciplines so that each proposed solution is based on the person’s actual needs, abilities and goals.
Training and knowledge sharing
Alongside its support work, the company develops training activities for rehabilitation professionals and participates in national and European initiatives related to Special Education and Assistive Technology.
